All wigs come with natural hairline, combs and can be used as glueless units. Our caps are stretchy & adjustable. Knots are lightly bleached and lightly plucked.

We ship our packages out via USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping within the United States will cost $12. Express Shipment within the United States is $35. Orders typcally ship within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 2-3 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination.
Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.
All express Shipments are processed by 5 pm EST. Once an express shipment is placed please contact Diamond Virgin Hair Company to verify we have received your request.
Diamond Hair Company is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.
NO RETURNS. EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT, ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
If you want to exchange an item you will need to call our customer service number.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Diamond Hair E-Gift Card. Diamond Hair does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
Gift Cards and hair products are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Non-Diamond Hair items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 7 days of the receipt for an exchange.
Returning By Mail
For U.S. Domestic customers, we recommend that you return using USPS.com. For International customers, you may return by mail. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Diamond Hair E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
Helpful Hint: Diamond Hair Co is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Speedway, IN. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Diamond Hair will not issue store credit for your returns.
